DIVERSION OF MATERIALS

The theft and resale of goods, particularly metals deposited in dumpsters at recycling centers, is a very widespread practice.

In addition to the theft carried out by teams specialized in the matter, we often witness a collusion of interest between the staff of the communities (Town Hall, Mixed Union, etc.) in charge of the premises and outside people.

 

The communities in charge of recycling centers have complete freedom to call on the Riviera Private Investigation (RPI) firm to demonstrate the facts.

As a reminder, by a judgment of February 27, 2019, the administrative court of Bordeaux admitted that the applicants (administrations) can provide proof of the facts on the basis of which it imposes a disciplinary sanction on an agent by using private detectives.
